Alisys will be present at Mobile World Congress 2023, where it will unveil for the first time:
• The Cloud On Premise solution, a new infrastructure based on microservices and automation.
• In addition, the tech company will unveil the Jueying X20 robot by Deep Robotics, who has chosen Barcelona to begin its European tour.
• Ghost Robotics' Vision 60 quadruped robot for complex environments will also be presented.
• The prototype of the Socio-sanitary Alisys robot will unveil its abilities as a transformative agent in people's lives.
20th February 2023.- Alisys will be present at the Mobile World Congress, the world's most important technology event that will be taking place from February 27th to March 2nd in Barcelona, where it will show its potential with a revolutionary infrastructure based on microservices and automation that allows the creation of fully customizable solutions.
Cloud On Premise is Alisys' new technology ecosystem that combines infrastructures based on microservices and automation.
Thanks to an innovative architecture, the Alisys Cloud On Premise microservices are configured to generate applications as a collection of loosely coupled services, facilitating the creation and development of customizable, scalable and robust solutions.
The Alisys private cloud uses a platform as a service (PaaS) model, which allows to offer from simple applications to sophisticated enterprise applications. It is an open source technology platform, based on Openstack, which provides companies with great advantages such as self-service, scalability, and elasticity, but with the control and customization available on dedicated resources through an IT infrastructure hosted in the local environment.
This ecosystem comes to revolutionize the customization of solutions through an automated integration that guarantees a more agile and efficient process, always ensuring the security, protection, confidentiality, and privacy of the hosted data.
One of the solutions that will be favored by this new ecosystem is the robotics platform for the management of people, autonomous and IoT devices and robots, including those that will be presented for the first time at this event: Jueying X20, Vision 60 and Socio-sanitary Alisys.
A quadruped capable of operating in adverse climatic conditions
For the first time in Europe, the Jueying X20 quadruped from technology partner Deep Robotics will be presented. This robot is designed and built based on real-world scenarios to adapt to any terrain with such perceptual precision that it can operate perfectly in adverse climatic conditions; this allows it to face risky situations without exposing the human team.
Robotics designed for security and industry
Vision 60 from Ghost Robotics is another medium-sized quadruped robot, with great autonomy and high resistance in difficult environments such as complex orography or with abundant water, capable, among other features, of complete submersion to a depth of 1 meter and that will demonstrate its capabilities for different sectors such as security and industry.
A robot that will improve people's quality of life
Meanwhile, the Alisys Socio-sanitary robot was created with the aim of improving quality of life and preventing the unwanted loneliness of people in need of care.
This robot has been designed to interact with people in a friendly manner and experience, being able to track the main biometric health data contributing to the prevention of medical problems.
Most of the interaction between the robot and people is done through speech, as well as the possibility of identifying moods through facial and voice analysis, or the identification of behavioral patterns in search of anomalous situations that allow the predictive identification of potential problems, facilitating the use to any demographic group despite the digital divide.
This will increase the scope and quality of the results obtained through the work of socio-sanitary professionals, freeing them from repetitive tasks such as reminders, allowing them to focus on tasks with greater added value for better prevention.
Innovative robotics applications for industry and society
Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Business Development Manager, Jorgina Díaz Torres, will participate in the round table discussion "Innovative robotics applications for industry and society" moderated by Hisparob, to be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at the Spain Pavilion at 2:30 pm.
Together with Jorgina Díaz, as coordinator of the Security and Defense group, will also participate Pablo Francisco Viñas, from the Systems division of CARTIF's Wellness and Health Area; Ricardo Muñoz Cabello from the ICT and STEAM department at PRODEL S.A., as well as being coordinator of the Educational Robotics Thematic Group at Hisparob and Coordinator of the European Robotics Week in Spain; and Francesco Ferro, CEO and co-founder of PAL Robotics. Mª Jesús Goitcoextea, Prof. Ethics of the University of Deusto, will also be present in telematic form.
