Just Eat España needed a solution to provide telephone service and incorporate voice payment for the new restaurants partnered with the platform.

• Improvement of the accession process experience of new restaurants:

  • As part of the process of joining new restaurants, OmniChannel Payments allowed salespeople to immediately make the collection during the sales visit from their own mobile phones. It also allowed the telephone agents to complete the partnership process during a call, including the safe payment of the registration fee.
  • In this way, payments are facilitated, as well as travel and banking formalities are avoided by allowing customers to pay by voice. It is definitely a more confortable and safer experience.

• Satisfaction improvement: satisfaction surveys were automated through a virtual agent after attention calls, allowing a systematic and homogeneous execution.
